Common questions.

Who is this for?
Mid-career professionals (typically 5-20 years in) thinking about a transition, a promotion, or a change in direction. I work mostly with people from consulting, professional services, tech and the public sector.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented. If something therapeutic comes up, I'll be upfront about referring you on. I work alongside, not instead of, a therapist when needed.
How is this different from career counselling?
Career counselling tends to focus on assessments and matching you to roles. Coaching is about helping you make better decisions and act on them — whether that's a new job or staying put with a different strategy.
Where do sessions happen?
Most clients prefer Zoom. I also see clients in person in central London on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Do you offer corporate packages?
Yes — I work with HR teams to support specific cohorts (e.g. new directors, returning parents, internal moves). Reach out and I'll send the brief.
