All prices include labour, adhesive, grout and basic finishing — tiles supplied at trade rates or use your own. Final quote after a free survey.
Standard ceramic and porcelain tiling. Bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks. Includes prep, adhesive, grout and finish.
Marble, travertine, limestone, slate. Sealed and finished. Includes specialist adhesive and substrate prep.
Mosaic, encaustic, hexagonal, large-format porcelain (>1m). Pattern work, herringbone, feature borders.

We come measure up, check substrate condition and discuss layout. No obligation.
Per-m² pricing in writing within 48 hours. Price held for 30 days.
Old tiles out, substrate levelled, waterproofing where needed. Tiles laid, cut, grouted.
Final inspection, snag list cleared, 5-year workmanship guarantee in writing.
